The Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University continues its national momentum, ranking No. 28 among the Best Undergraduate Business Schools in the U.S., according to the latest Poets&Quants ranking.
The ranking reinforces Neeley’s position among the nation’s top business schools while highlighting a defining strength: career outcomes. Neeley ranks No. 20 in the U.S. for career outcomes and No. 1 in Texas, reflecting the school’s consistent ability to prepare graduates for meaningful, immediate impact in the workforce.
Poets&Quants evaluates undergraduate business programs across three core areas—admissions standards, academic experience and career outcomes—with employment success, compensation and internship experience serving as key indicators of program effectiveness.
At Neeley, those outcomes are driven by a model that connects classroom learning directly to industry application. Through experiential learning, corporate partnerships and engagement across the school’s Centers and Institutes of Excellence, students gain practical experience that translates into strong post-graduation success.
“Our strong career outcomes reflect a student experience built with purpose,” said Craig Crossland, John V. Roach Dean of the Neeley School of Business. “From the classroom to our engagement with industry, we are equipping students with the skills, perspective and confidence to succeed from their very first day and continue growing as leaders throughout their careers.”
In addition to its career outcomes performance, Neeley continues to earn national recognition for the quality of its student experience, ranking No. 12 in the U.S. and No. 1 in Texas for Academic Experience, marking a repeat of last year’s top placement in the state. Based on alumni feedback, the academic experience metric reflects how effectively programs prepare graduates for the world of work.
One alumnus said, “The Neeley Leadership Program was an integral part of my college experience, and something I attribute much of my professional success to. This program equipped me with the right skills to be professional, confident, and competent in a business setting. The program and its staff are incredible!”
These results reflect a balanced, high-performing undergraduate business program that delivers both immediate career value and a strong academic foundation. The continued No. 28 overall ranking underscores Neeley’s consistency among the nation’s leading business schools, building on prior recognition that has positioned the school as a top-tier program nationally.
