The TCU Neeley School of Business has launched a new Master of Science in Business (MSB) program, with applications now open for the inaugural class beginning in Fall 2026. The full-time, nine-month program prepares recent graduates and early career professionals to gain core business skills and apply them in roles requiring financial, strategic and operational perspective.
The MSB program is tailored for students who did not study business as undergraduates, providing a solid foundation across core business disciplines while offering the flexibility to explore specialized areas of interest, including entrepreneurship, management, marketing, financial management and supply chain management.

Combined with Neeley’s industry connections and graduate career support, the MSB provides a structured path for students seeking to accelerate early career growth.
As expectations for early career talent evolve, employers are placing greater emphasis on professionals who can contribute to decisions, not just execution. The MSB program prepares participants to step into that responsibility earlier in their careers.
“Early in a career, advancement often comes down to how well someone can communicate their value, demonstrate their skills and navigate business context,” said Jessica Cates, senior director for graduate student success at TCU Neeley. “Students who can do all three of those things simultaneously will stand out quickly. This program is designed to arm students with the necessary tools that will allow them to pursue and advance in opportunities with clarity and confidence.”
The MSB program serves multiple entry points for early career talent. For recent graduates, it offers a fifth-year option to build practical business knowledge and strengthen career readiness before entering the workforce.
Coursework is delivered in an in-person format and integrates real-world application through case studies, faculty expertise and industry engagement. Students also benefit from structured career support, including coaching, assessments and access to Neeley’s global alumni network.
Through this approach, the MSB program reflects Neeley’s broader commitment to connecting academic experience with market outcomes and equipping graduates to step into roles with greater responsibility and immediate impact.
Applications for the Fall 2026 cohort are now open with a deadline date of July 1. Scholarships are available for students entering in Fall 2026.
