Are you a sophomore or junior interested in pursuing a job or internship in consulting? If so, consider enrolling in the Consulting Career Preparation Course designed for pre-business and business students. The course will be taught by staff in the Alcon Career Center and Professional Development Center. Students will have the opportunity to engage with industry professionals and Neeley alumni working in the consulting industry.

Class Purpose: Explore the consulting field, get connected to industry professionals, and begin to prepare for the consulting internship/full-time recruiting process. 

Date & Time: Mondays & Wednesdays 9:30 - 10:50 a.m., Spring 2025

Grading System: Graded, 3 credits

The Consulting Career Preparation Course offers mentoring and professional development for TCU undergraduate students interested in strategy, technology, human capital and advisory services.

How to Register

  • Fill out this form to express interest in the course.
  • Registration forms opens up on Wednesday, Oct. 23.
  • Your Degree Progress Core Report must be submitted with the application.
  • Students who fulfill the requirements for the class will receive a permission number to register for the course. Registration is limited and will fill up on a first come-first served basis.

Eligibility

  • 3.5 cumulative GPA
  • Sophomores and Juniors with graduation dates between May 2026 and May 2027
  • Prerequisite: 30 credits at TCU
  • Business and Pre-Business majors only
