Dean's Scholarships
TCU Neeley's largest award covers full tuition and provides up to a $20,000 annual stipend. The award includes tuition for a study abroad program and personal mentoring opportunities from top faculty.

TCU Neeley Scholarships
Covers up to full tuition for the Full-time MBA (including tuition for study abroad programs). 

TCU Forté Fellowships
TCU Neeley School of Business is a proud member of the Forté Foundation, a non-profit consortium working to launch women into successful careers. Forté Fellows receive full tuition for the Full-time MBA, plus unique opportunities for professional development. Fellowships are awarded to students who show exemplary dedication to leadership, academic excellence and advancing women in business. They can be students of any gender or nationality.

Community Partners Scholars Program
The program provides eligible employees, members, or affiliates of participating community organizations the opportunity to apply for a scholarship that covers full tuition and provides a stipend (valued at more than $130,000). All applicants and nominees apply directly to their chosen academic program through the TCU Neeley Graduate Admissions process and indicate their sponsoring or nominating organization.

Other Scholarships
Range from $2,500 to full tuition. Includes endowed scholarships such as the Charles D. Tandy Scholarship, Howard Charles Harder Memorial Scholarship, Luther A. Henderson Scholarship and Thomas Kinder Farris Scholarship.

The TCU Full-time MBA reserves a limited number of seats for applicants who are eligible to receive Post-9/11 GI Bill and Yellow Ribbon Program benefits. 

GA Funding & Scholarships

Graduate Assistantship (GA) appointments are the most common form of financial assistance for students in their graduate year. These merit-based appointments are not guaranteed but can provide a financial stipend and require recipients to serve as a graduate assistant to the Department of Accounting. Assistantship duties may include tutoring, research assistance for faculty, teaching assistance for faculty, and other administrative duties. A graduate assistant for the Accounting Department works ten hours per week during the fall and spring semesters of graduate studies. All students are automatically considered for a GA appointment during the application process – no further application is required.

9/11 GI Bill and the Yellow Ribbon Program

TCU considers it an honor to welcome as students those who have served in the armed forces and the dependents of those who serve. The university is committed to providing whatever support it can to assist veterans and their dependents in obtaining a college degree. Yellow Ribbon awards are subject to eligibility reviews by the Veteran Affairs Administration and are issued on a first-come, first-serve basis. Therefore, if you plan to claim a financial award under the Yellow Ribbon program, please notify the MAc/PPA Director of your eligibility as early as possible.

Other Scholarships

Other scholarships may become available to students while they are enrolled in the MAc program. The majority of these scholarships require applicants to be in graduate school, and therefore, these scholarships cannot be awarded prior to a student’s entrance into the MAc program.

Professional Development Grants (PDG)

To make graduate education more accessible to working students, TCU offers Professional Development Grants for part-time graduate students enrolled in credit courses. Unlike student loans, grants do not need to be repaid. The grants pay one-fourth tuition credit for up to six semester hours for each semester. A total of six hours is allowed for all summer semesters combined.

Qualifications

• Year-round part-time students enrolled for eight credit hours per semester or less.
• Must be admitted to TCU before application will be considered.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Must be at least 22 years of age by the final day of late registration.
• Must be in good academic and financial standing with all colleges or universities previously attended.
• Adjusted gross income does not exceed:
  • $87,954* for independent, single students without dependents.
  • $109,157* for married or single students with dependents.

The TCU Professional and Executive MBA reserves a limited number of seats for applicants who are eligible to receive Post-9/11 GI Bill and Yellow Ribbon Program Benefits. For those whose benefits do not cover 100% of the tuition and fees, our scholarship will provide gap funding to cover the difference. 

Graduate Programs Fee Scholarship

This scholarship subsidizes graduate program fees. This scholarship is competitive and limited.

Yellow Ribbon awards are subject to eligibility review by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Students who plan to utilize benefits under the Yellow Ribbon Program are encouraged to notify their admissions professional of their eligibility as early as possible.

Other Scholarships

Scholarship awards for MS students range from $2,500 to $35,000. All scholarships are merit-based and awarded as part of our holistic admissions review process. No separate scholarship application is required. Scholarship consideration is included automatically during the admissions review process.

Graduate Assistants

Graduate assistants are hired by the academic departments within the TCU Neeley School of Business for specific projects. You are paid an hourly rate through student payroll. 

Summer Internships

TCU MBA students participate in professional internships over the summer months, most with salaries ranging from $25 to $45 per hour. Many students who interned with local companies continue working 10-15 hours per week for these companies during their second year of the MBA program.
