TCU Neeley Executive Education will launch its inaugural Mini MBA this spring, a five-day, in-person experience designed to equip leaders with cutting-edge skills and strategies to guide their organizations in a world of continuous transformation. The program will take place March 2–6, 2026, on the TCU campus in Fort Worth.

This new offering brings together TCU’s accomplished faculty and industry leaders to deliver a high-impact, immersive learning experience that explores today’s key business challenges, including leading through uncertainty, strategy at the speed of change, and leadership in the future of work.

The five-day format invites participants to step away from their day-to-day roles and invest in their growth. Each session is highly experiential, featuring innovative approaches and a variety of hands-on exercises, including scenario labs, collaborative challenge cases, executive panels and workshop opportunities to practice new tools. The program is designed to foster deep learning, create meaningful connections, and provide fresh perspectives that leaders can immediately apply.

“We’re absolutely excited to launch our Mini MBA program,” said Jim Roach. “This program focuses on the leadership and business acumen needed to lead into the future of work and business. Along the way, we’ll explore strategic agility, scaling culture, building and pitching business cases for new ideas, and purpose-driven decision-making in the age of AI. We’re creating a space to explore new approaches that can be applied immediately to help ideas become action and enable leadership growth to drive real-world change.”

Michael Sherrod added, “The modern workforce is evolving faster than ever, driven by AI, emerging technologies and shifting expectations. To lead effectively in this environment, we must think differently, adapt quickly, and innovate with purpose. This program offers leaders the opportunity to step outside the day-to-day and prepare for what’s next—with clarity, creativity and courage.”

Rooted in real-world business challenges and delivered through dynamic classroom experiences, the Mini MBA aims to empower leaders at every level to drive meaningful change and lasting impact. Registration is now open.
