Advisory Board

The Neeley & Associates Consultants teams are guided by highly experienced professional consultants, most representing global firms known to business leaders. Individual consulting members of the Neeley Experiential Learning Advisory Board (NELAB) are aligned with each client team to provide guidance throughout the project. This guidance includes assisting their client team with scoping the project as agreed to the signed project charter and providing counsel in working effectively with external clients. Separately, an additional NELAB consulting member is aligned with each client team to provide two separate, independent and quality assurance reviews (or QARs) with each team.
