Employer Branding

In today's challenging HR landscape, effective employer branding is more critical than ever. With the rise of the gig economy, applicant tracking systems, and evolving labor laws, the task of managing people has never been easy. Yet, employees remain the driving force behind business success, and HR professionals are now required to think and act like marketers.

Seventy percent of Americans define their sense of purpose through their work, making it essential for HR leaders to communicate effectively with talent at scale. But how do you translate marketing principles to HR practice?

Led by employee experience expert Eric Harris and employer brand strategist Rachel Kennedy, this course provides HR leaders with the strategies and tools needed to build a compelling employer brand. Learn to apply classic brand marketing techniques to attract, retain, and inspire talent, positioning your company as an employer of choice.

Eric Harris

Founder, GatherRound

Eric started GatherRound after his experience in brand- and agency-side leadership roles exposed him to a frightening phenomenon: The pervasive reliance on presentation software for attempting to sell in ideas. Eric believes presentations deserve more respect, because the better we are at creating buy in, the more cool stuff we’ll get to do. So Eric and his team invented and now teach The Campfire Method. Since 2015, Eric has had the privilege of coaching enlightened teams – at organizations such as Activision, Texas Health Resources, and YUM! Brands – who know storytelling and leadership are synonyms.
